Incredible service by owners. Fun for EVERYONE. Volleyball, swimming, fishing, frisbee golf, minnow races, bonfires, shuffle board, paddle boards, paddle boats, UTV's, huge water trampoline, beautiful beach plus MORE! We return every year. Great grandparents, grandparents, adult children, kids and aunts, uncle's and cousins. Great memories made at Teepee Tonka Resort.
Ray and Carolyn made you feel like you were family. Definitely went out of their way to make my first trip to Minnesota ice fishing memorable.

My family used to stay at Teepee Tonka back in the late 90s-early 2000s. We hadn't been there in over 20 years. I called and spoke to Carolyn on the phone. Right off the bat she was kind and so helpful. We booked 5 days there, and had an absolutely amazing time! Ray and Carolyn have done such a great job as owners. The Cabins and boats are in great shape. The whole resort is exactly like I remember it from decades ago, just renovated so it is nicer. I can't wait to go back!
We love this place, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Owners, Ray and Carolyn have put their heart into making this resort a cozy place! They make us feel so welcomed, like we are family! Filleting northern pike can be tricky, but Ray stepped in to show us the secret of fileting northerns without any bones last August 2015. We can tell what makes their heart happy is seeing us happy, which means a lot to me! We stayed in the Eagles nest this time, which is a cabin with a wood burning fireplace, which was a must have for this years fishing opener! Last time we came in August, so we chose a cabin on the beach...either way, our stay was just what we were looking for. Our kiddos loved all the yard games and beach activities Ray and Carolyn had for them to use. They describe it as the best vacation of their lives! Oh yeah, and the Walleye fishing is great too, which is why we travel 5.5 hours to get to this lake. I hope there is always a cabin for us to stay. Planning on late summer again this year, and ice fishing too!
Carolyn and Ray were fantastic. Their rates were more than fair. Excellent customer service! The cabin we were in was clean, nice and warm even when it was -30 outside. The ice shacks were warm and ready to go with holes open. Would love to bring the kids and grandkids here. Nice place to relax at the end of the day in the lounge. Any thing we needed even laundry services were taken care of. Carolyn and Ray were fun to fish with. They were great company with great conversation on and off the water. My dad and I came there as customers and left as friends. I would recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you Carolyn and Ray! -Dale and Derek
